Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21+/hr. (based on experience) + full benefits
Position Overview:
Southwest International Trucks is seeking an experienced QC Technician with Class A or B CDL and a manual transmission endorsement to join our Dallas Team. This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and company incentives.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct road tests and inspections of trucks and buses following repairs to verify safety and performance standards.

Document inspection results, noting any defects, non-conformances, or maintenance issues.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve quality concerns and confirm completed repairs.

Perform work in shop, yard, and on-road environments as required.
Requirements:

Valid Class A or B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clear driving history

Manual Transmission Endorsement

At least 3 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry

Experience operating and inspecting trucks and buses with manual transmissions

Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills

Effective problem-solving abilities
