Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Pay Range:$120,000 - $136,000
What's the Job?
- Drive daily program execution at the local manufacturing site to meet shipment, production, and operational targets.
- Monitor program progress, production readiness, shipment requirements, and critical deliverables.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, transition from NPI to Mass Production (MP), and ongoing mass production activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to establish priorities and manage risks.
- Identify execution gaps and implement proactive actions to prevent disruptions to production or shipment commitments.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain roles.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, electronics, technology, or high-volume production environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
