Job Requirements
- Perform routine residential cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout clients’ homes.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and mirrors, while restocking homeowner-designated supplies as needed.
- Remove household trash and dispose of it according to homeowner instructions.
- Safely and effectively use residential cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuums, mops, carpet cleaners, and eco-friendly cleaning products.
- Identify and promptly report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed within the home.
- Follow all health, safety, and company cleaning protocols to ensure a safe, respectful, and secure environment for clients, families, and pets.
- Assist with deep-cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleans, or special residential projects as requested to maintain high home cleanliness standards.
Experience Required
- Basic knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 30–40 pounds as needed.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job assignment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent, thorough results in clients’ homes.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality to arrive at scheduled meeting place on time.
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures, and residential client preferences.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for clients’ homes, privacy, and belongings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
