Depil Brazil specializes in full face and body waxing for men and women, using our own unique soft wax and special techniques from Brazil! We offer a great working environment, friendly staff, and an innovative and upbeat atmosphere.
Experience and Qualification
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging customers, explaining product features, and conducting product demos confidently
- Prior experience in retail sales or beauty salon environments is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
- Knowledge of salon software systems Meevo to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage bookings efficiently.
- Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership skills in guiding team members and managing daily store activities
Responsibilities
- Superior customer service and positive attitude, exceeding clients' expectation
- Works hand-in-hand with the store manager and completes daily tasks, such as turning on/off waxing pots, projector, clock in/out for shifts/lunch periods, etc.
- Keeps the front desk area, waiting area, product wall, and refreshment area clean and
- organized
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Greets clients and assists them with a positive, uplifting attitude
- Coordinates all appointments (booking, etc.). Confirms, cancels, and follows up with clients
- Keeps up with each client’s records under their client profile
- Promotes and sells products
- Communicates with the managers and coworkers effectively
- Regularly create social media (Instagram) contents
- Maintains all front desk files and books of procedures
- Flexibility to work Saturday and/or Sunday
- Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures
