Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to ensure mutual satisfaction for clients and the company.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and tailor insurance packages accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information, and adhere to all relevant policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing client needs and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and benefits administration is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
