Bilingual Route Technician / Field Service Specialist (Richmond Area)
FRPS is hiring a dependable, bilingual team member to manage an established local service route throughout the Richmond area.
This is a full-time position with daytime and evening hours, a company vehicle, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Previous industry experience is not required.
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, property maintenance, landscaping, hospitality, delivery, facilities, cleaning services, and other field-based positions.
Pay
$21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Daytime hours
- No overnight shifts
- Limited weekend work
What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle between customer locations.
- Perform scheduled property inspections and service visits.
- Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Document completed work using a mobile app.
- Maintain equipment and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work on ladders, in crawlspaces, or in attics.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and documentation.
