The position is a 13‑week travel ICU RN assignment in South San Jose, CA, offering up to $3,024 per week. The nurse will provide critical care in a top‑tier facility while maintaining the flexibility of a local travel role.
Provide critical care nursing to patients with life‑threatening conditions in the ICU.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and operate advanced medical equipment.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform rapid assessments and interventions for deteriorating patients.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑hospital care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Active California RN license.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU experience.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
Must be available to work holidays.
