What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll represent Unity Pro Cleaning by delivering exceptional service while maintaining our high standards of quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Clean offices, commercial buildings, homes, and common areas according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, and high-touch areas.
- Perform high and low dusting.
- Clean baseboards, doors, windows (where applicable), and fixtures.
- Perform move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning.
- Shampoo or extract carpets when assigned.
- Remove trash and replace liners.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely.
- Follow company checklists and quality control procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors.
- Maintain company equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and job documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience is preferred but not required. We will train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial janitorial services
- Post-construction cleaning
- Carpet extraction
- Floor care (strip & wax, buffing, scrubbing)
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Property turnover cleaning
