Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Previous customer service experience

Insurance experience is preferred but not required

Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

As our Client Relations Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding client experience by:

Building meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional service

Processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and account updates accurately and efficiently

Collecting required documents and information to complete policy requests

Reviewing client coverages to identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection

Cross-selling additional insurance products to better protect our clients and their families

Proactively reaching out to clients to strengthen relationships and improve retention

Assisting clients with billing questions, claims guidance, and policy servicing

Working closely with our team to ensure every client receives a five-star experience
