What you can expect:
Our crews typically work in 2 person teams. You will begin on a crew with one of our seasoned installers and you will be placed according your demonstrated skill level (ranging up to Lead Installer). We are willing to train the right candidate in any areas needed. Company trucks, tools, and materials are provided and the usual work schedule is 8 hour day Mon-Fri. After being with the company for 6 months, you will be eligible for 401(k) matching up to 4% and 2 weeks paid time off.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven work experience installing of tubs/showers, toilets, standard glass doors, plank and vinyl tile flooring
- Plumbing experience associated with new installation of sink fixtures, bath/shower valve assemblies, and drains
- Familiarity with basic framing, drywall installation techniques, and basic electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Ability to follow plans for demo and new installs
- Reliable, safe, and clean/respectful in client homes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
