Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Apply pricing strategies effectively to meet sales targets and optimize profit margins
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, benefits, and promotions
- Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or merchandise during stock replenishment or delivery routes
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles with a focus on building client relationships
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately
- Ability to perform route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate with clients
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and merchandising tasks as needed
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and inventory effectively
- Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
