We’re currently hiring entry-level Production Team Members in our Assembly, Panel Doors, and Paint departments. No manufacturing experience? That’s okay. Many of our entry-level positions are a great place to start. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we’ll help you build the skills you need to succeed.

Quarterly Bonus Program
Earn quarterly bonuses when company profitability requirements are met. Crystal has a long history of consistent quarterly payouts, with bonus amounts based in part on average hours worked during the quarter.
Annual Profit Sharing
When Crystal succeeds, eligible employees share in that success. Payouts vary based on company performance and last year’s profit-sharing payout was nearly $4,000 for eligible employees paid directly into their retirement account.
Crystal Family Care Clinic
After 60 days of employment, employees, spouses, and eligible dependents have access to Crystal’s dedicated clinic. Depending on the medical plan selected, visits are $0 or just a $10 copay.
401(k) + Company Match

What You Could Be Doing
· Assemble cabinet components and finished products
· Build and prepare panel doors and cabinet parts
· Sand, prep, stain, paint, or finish wood products
· Use hand tools, equipment, and production machinery
· Read work orders and follow production specifications
· Inspect products for quality and craftsmanship
· Prepare and move materials through the production process
· Work with your team to meet production and quality goals
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Training will be provided for your specific position and department.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required for many of our entry-level opportunities.
