Dentist at Plum Creek is a technology-forward, owner-led practice hiring one RDA who wants to do real dentistry -- implants, endo, Invisalign, CBCT, and iTero -- without the corporate grind.
COMPENSATION
- $18 - $23 per hour based on skills and certifications
- Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM only, no weekends
- Quarterly reviews with market-based raises

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Texas RDA registration
- Current CPR/BLS
- Available 8-5, 4-days/week
- Prefer bilingual in Spanish
- One that strongly believes in accountability and no gossiping
- Reliable attendance and work ethics
- One year of previous dental assistant experience required
- Experience with iTero is plus
- Ideal candidate needs to have at least 1-2 years of experience
