You’ve already proven you can sell ($2.5M+ annually for at least 2 years)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Experience in in-home HVAC or similar residential sales

Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Willingness to get uncomfortable (attics, crawl spaces, roofs—it’s part of the job)

Ability to manage multiple opportunities without letting things slip
