Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Medicaid, Medicare, and LTC insurance billing, including VA benefits processing
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, collections, client invoicing, and payroll
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records within the operating system
- Collect and report financial data to monitor and improve business performance
- Manage healthcare benefits and focus on immediate financial management tasks
- Maintain open communication with the franchise owner, staff, and families to resolve concerns
- Represent the mission and values of the Home Instead franchise through reliable, office-based attendance
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
