We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of procedures and diagnostic tests to support patient care, clinical research, and medical investigations. Responsibilities
- Medical Technician duties include assisting the doctors in gathering patient information and input into electronic medical records. Their duties include pretesting, specialty testing like imaging (OCT, Visual Fields, Fundus Photos, eye pressure, dry eye testing, etc) and assisting the doctors with procedures. They will also teach patients contact lens insertion/removal and care.
Qualifications: Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train eager, enthusiastic people!
Lamm David Eyecare has been serving the eye care needs for West Texans for 45 years and we specialize in eye disease, injuries, acute infections and foreign body removals and routine eye care for adults and children. We have a full optical that makes custom glasses/sunglasses/safety glasses, fit all contact lens designs and have the latest imaging technology to diagnose and treat eye diseases. We currently have 3 full time doctors and need to grow our team.
