Position Overview
We’re seeking energetic and professional Servers/Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether serving tables or mixing cocktails, you’ll represent Paloma’s standard of excellence in every guest interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Support team members during busy shifts
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- Uphold all ABC and safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
- Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
