Looking for a motivated pest control technician to work at a family-owned and operated company. The position is hourly to build the route and commission following. There are commissioned sales for a year for incentive to sell and build the route. Training length is determined by experience. Experience preferred, but also willing to train. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background and drug test. Position will require you to work in the elements and be comfortable on a ladder and in attics/crawl spaces when needed. After a 90 day probation period, the position offers health care coverage, dental, life insurance, employee discount and take home vehicle.
