No professional cleaning experience? No problem! We provide paid training, a company vehicle during work hours, and all the equipment and supplies you need to do the job well. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, have a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a team.
Pay & Benefits
- $17/hour + tips
- $19/hour after 90 days
- Paid training: $15/hour for your first 2 weeks

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Availability until 6:00 PM is required
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll work alongside a team to provide high-quality cleaning services in customers’ homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning 1–3 residential homes per day
- Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Providing professional, consistent, high-quality service
- Following TruCleans standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Working collaboratively with your team
- Helping create a positive experience for every customer
- Treating customers’ homes and belongings with care and respect

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from our office
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working around pets
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow direction

- Are you comfortable working in homes with pets and dust, with no allergies to either and no fear of animals?
