Angelic Lashes is looking to hire a Part-Time Client Success & Marketing Coordinator with a long term relationship in mind. Our company offers plenty of growth opportunities and in-house trainings. We our an upscale beauty salon in Fairfax, VA who takes pride in providing quality products and services to all of our clients. If you are individual who is positive minded, highly motivated, posses excellent customer service skills and marketing experience , then this job is for you! We have two locations one in Fairfax and another in Sterling, ideally looking for a candidate who may be able to pick up shifts at Sterling as well. Pay is based on experience.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests and assist with sign-in process
- Respond to phone, text and email inquiries from clients
- Appointment scheduling
- Handle minor problems that arise during daily operation
- Develop good client relations
- Help ensure reception area and salon are tidy and presentable at all times
- Build knowledge of products and services we offer
- Sales of packages and memberships
- Assist with social media and marketing
- Client success
Job Requirements:
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills (emails, social media, Microsoft word, excel, and etc)
- Must be fluent in English
- Must possess good customer service skills (phone, text, emails, and in-person)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior work experience as a receptionist and/or sales experience is required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Angelic Beauty has two locations: Sterling and Fairfax. If candidate can cover shifts at Fairfax occasionally this is ideal.
