What You’ll Do
- Install access control hardware including badge readers, electric strikes, wireless locks, mag locks, PIR sensors, REX buttons, and control panels
- Pull wire in new construction and existing facilities
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues across a variety of applications
- Document installation details accurately using our mobile software
- Drive to customer sites daily (company vehicle provided or reliable personal transportation)
- Complete required coursework for State certification
- Work with low voltage systems and on ladders as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in mechanical work, construction, or low-voltage installation
- Ability to install and service door hardware
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel and work out of town during the week as needed
- Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency
