Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen and bar to guests’ tables, maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy
- Assist with clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support the kitchen team by handling food safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and communicating guest needs effectively
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware to ensure seamless service
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding guest orders, special requests, or any service issues
- Maintain cleanliness by assisting with general cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Support catering events or special functions as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience with cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy environment
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly through service areas, and lift moderate loads when necessary
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming experiences for all guests
