Ice Cream Host/Hostess
Part Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.25-17.50 depending on qualifications and experience
Must be at least 18 years and older
Position Description:
Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and provide assistance by answering product questions, offering recommendations, weighing and pricing product ordered by customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
- Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
- Clean equipment
- Operate cash register and receive payment in various forms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations while preparing and serving products.
- Assist in maintaining and restocking cases
- Assist in other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Entry level position; no prior experience required
- Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of department
- Great customer service
