We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, horticulture, and project managment as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The Landscape Foreman will also be responsible for supervising a crew of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Projects installations must reflect our highest standards of quality while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Physical labor is required for this position as this is a field postion.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities for a team of landscapers.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and other costs associated with projects.
- Train new team members in proper landscaping techniques.
- Facilitate a fantastic experience for the customer.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape installation.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing projects effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture practices, including plant identification and care techniques.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving common goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.15 - $28.15 per hour
