What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or sign-in processes, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.

Answer phones, greet guests, and support lobby operations in a professional manner while helping to address questions, direct individuals to appropriate contacts, and report unusual activity.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, incidents, deliveries, and other security-related front desk activity.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
