As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC system design and operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems (HVAC/R)
- Experience in property maintenance or building operations is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
