The SAP Global PMO Manager will lead the IS&T SAP Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO is responsible for a wide array of activities that are central to the smooth functioning of the worldwide SAP/SCI organization.","responsibilities":"Track and regularly report on the department's overall budget details, both capital and expense.
Own the annual capital planning process for the department.
Lead the procure-to-pay process for the department.
Serve as the single point of contact with our vendors for statements of work, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Develop and support organizational reporting and tracking tools. These include: portfolio management system, budget tracking, project status reporting, resourcing tools, and document management system.
Lead all PMO-related projects and provide direction to assigned contractor(s)
Ensure maintenance of organizational websites, PLC documentation, and SOW templates
Track multiple aspects of our enterprise contract with SAP (e.g., allocation of consulting spend, service day consumption, alignment with Apple's project roadmap, etc.)
Assist SAP Directors and Managers with senior-level communications related to project portfolio, department initiatives, metrics, and strategic directions.
Build and publish a monthly project portfolio and production support metrics.
Maintain the relationship with outsourced contracting vendors and third-party solution providers.
Serve as the department's primary liaison to the Vendor Management Office (VMO) to ensure maximum efficiency from offshore contracting vendors.
Manage and influence a team of direct reports.
Assist SAP Directors and Managers with long-term skill-set and capacity planning.
Lead and report compliance with the SAP Project Lifecycle methodology.
Drive process improvement and efficiency projects.
Preferred Qualifications
AP Program Management Office responsibilities
Enjoys deep data analysis and has advanced Numbers or Microsoft Excel skills
Advanced proficiency with Pages or Microsoft Word
Advanced proficiency with Keynote or Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficient with database software (e.g., FileMaker or Microsoft Access)
Minimum Qualifications
BA or BS degree
4+ years of people management experience
10 or more years of project planning experience with SAP Programs or ERP End-User
7+ years of SAP project/program management experience, SAP project implementation, SAP end-user experience, or SAP supply chain experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications, including presentation delivery and meeting facilitation
Credible Project Management - plans in advance, sets realistic timelines, breaks down work, documents everything, follows up with others, is assertive and diplomatic
Can effectively handle multiple, simultaneous activities and prioritize
Can coach and give constructive feedback that leads to better outcomes for the team
Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $186,200 and $280,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
