COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
SUMMARY:
PART TIME position overseeing and selling co-working and concierge service flexible office spaces. It is a front desk admin role to manage and maintain the shared spaces (lounge, meeting rooms, café, market pantry), be a concierge host to the renters of the offices and their clients, and check and manage business mail. Also, to ensure customer retention by building a strong knitted community through hosting community events, working as a liaison between the different businesses, and creating a collaborative environment. This person will be the face of the brand who will call potential customers to come in for tours, provide tours, follow up, onboard, and provide support. Build clients and partners through networking with entrepreneurs and the Commercial Real Estate community. Lastly, sell event space and meeting rooms. Looking for a sale experienced candidate who is good at closing, building relationships, and customer service. Must be very organized and detailed while providing great customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the space
- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the community!
- Cover the front desk
- Manage Mails and Packages
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs from the space
- Purchase office and pantry supplies
- Provide customer support
- Lease office spaces
- Bring clients in for tours
- Provide tours and proposals
- Follow up with potential customers
- Sale of event space and meeting rooms
- Network with Entrepreneurs & Commercial Real Estate community
- Create a collaborative and friendly environment
- Organize and host community events
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Background in Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management
- Experience with Sales or Business Development
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Word
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
