Homeaglow is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to take full ownership of high‑impact performance marketing channels—including Meta, Influencer, and Podcast marketing—at scale.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, data‑driven performance marketer who loves being deep in the numbers, running disciplined experiments, and turning insights into measurable growth. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Performance Marketing, VP of Marketing, and CEO to shape and execute Homeaglow’s growth strategy—while maintaining direct ownership of results.

What You’ll DoOwn Paid Social & Performance Channels
- Lead strategy and hands‑on execution for Meta campaigns supporting both customer and cleaner acquisition
- Operate directly within ad accounts, managing large‑scale budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI
- Own performance outcomes end‑to‑end, from creative testing to optimization and scaling
Manage Influencer & Podcast Marketing
- Oversee external agencies with high performance standards
- Evaluate opportunities to bring capabilities in‑house over time
- Ensure influencer and podcast investments are measurable, disciplined, and ROI‑positive
Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests with statistical significance
- Continuously analyze performance data to unlock efficiency gains and growth opportunities
- Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing leadership, operations, and external vendors
- Communicate performance results, trade‑offs, and next steps clearly and proactively
- Maintain organized, scalable processes for tracking and reporting performance

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
- Fully covered health insurance

Work Location
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, with deep expertise in Meta
- Proven track record scaling and optimizing campaigns with 7‑figure monthly spend
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in experimentation, metrics, and statistical testing
- Highly detail‑oriented, tactical, and execution‑focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience with influencer or podcast marketing
- Background in SaaS, two‑sided marketplaces, or home services
- Ability to use SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
