About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Relationship Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about personal growth, understands the dynamics of relationships, and can hold clients with both compassion and accountability. You will work directly with men, women, or couples in a structured coaching program, guiding them through proven frameworks to achieve lasting transformation.
Responsibilities
Facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom (weekly or biweekly depending on client package)
Lead or co-lead group coaching calls when needed
Must be available in EDT time and UK time
Provide compassionate guidance, tools, and strategies to help clients improve their relationships
Keep detailed notes and track client progress using our systems (training provided)
Support clients in integrating coaching lessons into daily life
Participate in team meetings and trainings to continually sharpen coaching skills
Represent the company’s values of integrity, empathy, and accountability
Qualifications
Active coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) required
Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is a plus
2+ years experience coaching, counseling, or mentoring individuals/couples
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to hold space for sensitive topics
Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom/online platforms
Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured coaching frameworks
