Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Rhythmic Gymnastic Coach to inspire and guide students within our dance studio. We are looking for someone who can work strictly on their lines and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic rhythmic gymnastics training in sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced students
- Demonstrate proper techniques for techniques, lines, flexibility that can be used to apply in dance.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages discipline, creativity, and enjoyment of movement
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain focus and respect during classes
- Collaborate with studio staff to organize performances, competitions, and special events that showcase student achievements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in rhythmic gymnastics coaching or teaching physical education with a focus on dance or movement arts
- Strong background in sports coaching, choreography, or related disciplines such as ballet or contemporary dance
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to foster a positive classroom environment
