NOW HIRING: Director of Admissions – Houston, Texas
Arclabs Welding School, a national leader in skilled trades education, is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Director of Admissions (DOA) to lead student recruitment and enrollment efforts at our Houston campus.
As DOA, you will be the face of Arclabs to prospective students, helping them change their lives through career education in welding. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in admissions or sales management.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all campus admissions efforts and manage the admissions team.
- Drive enrollment growth by executing student recruitment strategies.
- Provide hands-on coaching and performance management to admissions representatives.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, ACCET standards, and all state/federal regulations.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families through outreach and consistent communication.
- Oversee all admissions processes from inquiry to enrollment to ensure a seamless and student-centered experience.
- Collaborate with campus and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of admissions or sales leadership experience (education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive, results-oriented team culture.
- Knowledge of ACCET or accreditation compliance is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Location:
Houston Campus
Monday – Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays for events.
