Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to obtain CT (Chiropractic Technician) certification. Experience with insurance and billing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR) effectively to manage customer information.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely when required.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.
