Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling relevant solutions, and ensuring customer retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Lead generation through cold calling, territory management, and strategic outreach to prospective clients in B2B markets
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach and increase sales volume
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or product solutions
- Strong background in account management, customer service, and sales management with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead tracking and analysis
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical presentations
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, or retail sales environments
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth
- Effective communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging clients and building long-term relationships
