Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership experience
Minimum 5+ years in a supply chain leadership role within logistics, operations, planning, or transportation
Experience in electronics, engineered products, or similarly complex environments preferred
Proven ability to lead in matrix organizations and influence without direct authority
Strong knowledge of supply chain methodologies and logistics best practices
Management experience with demonstrable success in applying lean principles, value stream mapping, or 5S methodologies.
ERP experience required; SAP and S/4HANA program exposure strongly preferred
Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills
Experience with U.S. import and export regulations and bonded programs is a plus
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
