About the Role
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. This role offers the opportunity to work with precision manufacturing equipment while contributing to a team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment including lathes, mills, drill presses, and CNC machinery
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Monitor machine performance and identify quality or operational issues
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Follow work instructions, setup sheets, and production documentation
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
What You Need to Be Successful
- 2–5 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Experience working with production machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC equipment
- Vocational, technical, or machining-related training
- Prior experience in a precision manufacturing environment
