Bright Future Child Enrichment Center is looking to hire one new candidate for our Staff Support Position. The hours for this position are M-F from 9:30:00 AM-6:00 PM.
We are looking for motivated, reliable, confident, and compassionate individuals who have a passion for working in the childcare industry. This center requires immaculate attendance, so please only reply if you are able to consistently work 40 hours per week. References will be checked.
Our Staff Support Position responsibilities are as follows:
-When filling in for Educators, you will follow their pre-written lesson plans.
-Minor Lifting of children.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
-Ability to instruct young children on learning new tasks.
-Become familiar with the learning structure we have here and follow it.
-Take all training courses and maintain 15 hours of professional development each year.
-Become cross-trained in all classrooms and the teaching styles within them.
-Learn all the steps to properly clean and close a classroom each evening.
This job gives you evenings and weekends off! We also pay for all mandatory training classes, you get one week of vacation, and you will have the opportunity to become CPR and First-Aid certified, as well as earn your CDA!
