Job Summary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
The job consists of, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities
· Review all work orders submitted by property inspectors
· Determine whether repairs are required for health or safety or optional repairs
· Enter work order request(s) in company database.
· Obtain estimates/approvals for repairs needed.
· Contact vendors about work orders and estimates.
· Communicate with owners for work order approval.
· Follow up with residents regarding satisfaction of repairs and ensure vendor notification.
· Creates and maintains work order records and files.
We seek the following qualifications:
*Property Management experience required.
*Must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a professional appearance
* Must have typing & computer skills, including MS word, MS excel and MS Outlook.
* Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
* Exceptional customer service skills required.
* Must be able to handle multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
*Work independently
*Professionalism in all situations.
*Bilingual a plus
*Knowledge of Appfolio a plus.
