Looking for a hands-on job with a clean, professional work environment? We're hiring Assemblers in Greenwood, IN for a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling components, following work instructions, performing quality checks, and working with a team to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Experience with power and hand tools, required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
