Responsibilities
- Excellent computer skills.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail using hospitality reservation systems
- Provide comprehensive guest services including answering multi-line phone systems, assisting with luggage, and addressing special requests or concerns
- Maintain clear communication with guests regarding hotel amenities, policies, emergency procedures, and local attractions
- Resolve guest issues promptly through customer service problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support cashier procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold high standards of guest relations and hotel operations
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective client communication across diverse guest profiles
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS) is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Previous resort or hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining a welcoming attitude
