We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. We work on both the North and South Fork, as well as Shelter Island. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention.
- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
- Utilize tools effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
