Summer Willow Personal Care Home, is looking to hire a caring and compassionate Caregiver -Personal Care Assistant, where your dedication and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and independence
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing housekeeping tasks, including cleaning personal spaces and common areas.
- Help with residents laundry and cleaning assigned residents' rooms
- Document care plans, patient progress, and any incidents thoroughly to ensure continuity of quality care
Requirements
- Prior experience working in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes would be preferred.
- Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are required or highly desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks when assisting residents with mobility or transfers
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in your care
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy character that is happy to help and serve the elderly.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus

Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
