What You'll Do

Lead all branch operations across sales, service, parts, and administration

Own the branch P&L — hit financial targets, control costs, and grow revenue

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing new business

Develop, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team

Partner with corporate leadership on strategy, staffing, and market growth

Implement best practices across departments and represent the company with key accounts
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 DOE
Bonus: Annual performance bonus
Transportation: Company car + fuel card

What We're Looking For

5+ years in industrial equipment, distribution, or a related industry

2+ years in branch, operations, or team leadership

Proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a customer-facing team

Strong business acumen — planning, problem solving, and communication

Customer-first mindset with a track record of building lasting relationships

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or equivalent experience preferred
