Sleepy Forest Tea is a new Boba Tea Shop on the Melrose Ave West Hollywood Area. It is in the Melrose Fashion District, cross street from the Playground LA.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tea, Coffee drinks and simple food.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the team is able to deliver excellent customer service and deliver consistent product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the all area.
- Support the training and management of all new employees
- Support the creation menu and management of sales performance goals
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
Experience:
- Culinary degree or formal training from an institution (preferred)
- Previous Barista experience: 2+ years (preferred)
- Previous supervision or management experience: 1+ years (preferred)
- Excellent communications and leadership skills (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Door Dash, Uber Eats and Grubhub.
- Social media marketing.
