We are hiring for sales representatives out in Sugar Land, Kingwood, Pearland Conroe and surrounding areas. No experience is required, we will teach you everything you need to know. If you have experience working in restaurants or any other retail or customer service centered industry, then you may be a perfect fit!!
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of pricing strategies, and experience in retail or client-facing roles. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Present product offerings effectively, including upselling additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding product details, pricing, and service schedules
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route details
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer experience
Experience
- Prior retail store experience or client relationship building background preferred
- Experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role

Business cards and any other costs of running provided to you on the week of hiring.
$50 per claim filed, as long as we have all of the clients' information and they are under contract with claim number and Insurance information .
50% commission for experienced sales representatives. (50% of Profit, not of whole job)
30% under training for those wanting to start or get into the field.
