Luxor Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician paying up to $27 per hour in Fort Worth, TX. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Job responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment and identify machines or systems in need of repair
- Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Perform troubleshooting and execute mechanical and basic electrical repairs
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation
- Complete general facility repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, doors, fixtures)
- Maintain building systems and assist with overall facility upkeep and cleanliness
- Order and track supplies and materials needed for maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and building systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
- Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, company policies, and legal guidelines.
- Report equipment issues, damages, shortages, and quality concerns to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, and perform duties in a shop-floor environment.
