This is NOT a housekeeping, floor technician position, sit around or "good nuff" position. You are required to strive for excellence and be engaged every shift.
This IS a night and every weekend position. The schedule is as follows - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 2pm-10:30pm or until you have completed the closing; these days and hours are not negotiable.
It is highly recommended you have a vehicle that you drive to work.
You need to be comfortable with the selection, care, and use of tools. You will be tested during the interview for you skill knowledge. Be prepared to discuss projects you have engaged in previously. Your experience in this field must show on your resume or on your cover letter, otherwise you will be immediately rejected.
Your required skills -
- Must have troubleshooting and deductive skills with the ability to follow through and execute the solution.
- Must be able to learn the club by walking around and finding tasks that need to be completed and complete them.
- Must be able to use a multi meter, climb ladders, use scissor lift, and be crawl space comfortable.
- As a team member you will need experience in HVAC/plumbing including rooftop units, food and beverage units, boilers, and standard commercial supply and wastewater line repair.
- Additional maintenance and on demand repairs may include electrical, drywall, painting, woodwork, carpet, glass, tile and other surfaces found in a commercial club setting.
- Year-round indoor and outdoor/all-weather tasks.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance including research and selection of repair parts.
- Ability to stay on task without direct supervision and be accountable.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and work with purpose.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to bend, reach, lift 40lbs. and team lift as needed.
- This is a continuous movement/physical activity position for your entire shift.
- Ability to utilize independent thinking to stay busy and productive.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
