What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Lead or assist with full system installations
- Support mechanical, electrical, and general project tasks to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and office staff
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed work with accuracy and detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Represent RCI with professionalism, integrity, and pride
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that support team growth and future management responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
- EPA Certification (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with light electrical, plumbing assists, and general project support
- Professional, customer‑focused demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right the first time
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Leadership mindset — someone who can mentor, guide, and help build a strong HVAC team
- Ambition to grow into a management role as the company expands
