Job Description

Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in day-to-day operations

Help recruit, train, and retain a winning team

Lead, coach, motivate, and celebrate team members

Deliver exceptional customer service every shift

Drive results through labor, food cost, and sales goals

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant

Step in for the RGM when needed

Requirements
-
At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Passion for building strong teams and creating a positive work environment & culture

Exceptional commitment to customer service

Desire to learn, grow, and have fun doing so

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
