What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a knowledgeable, pressure-free environment
- Ask the right questions to match customers with the right cannabis products — flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures
- Accurately process transactions using our POS system (Dutchie)
- Maintain compliance with all Colorado MED regulations, including ID verification and transaction limits
- Keep the sales floor and display cases organized, stocked, and clean
- Stay current on new products, brands, strains, and consumption methods
- Support inventory counts, product intake, and daily operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- MED Badge required
- 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred
- Cannabis product knowledge is a plus; genuine curiosity about the plant is a must
- Strong communication skills — you can explain terpenes to a first-timer without condescension
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends and evenings
- 21+ years of age (required by Colorado law)
